What you'll need:
Toppings of choice (I used Walden Farms syrup)
Low calorie cooking spray

Method:
Heat the pan to a high temperature on the hob
In the meantime, transfer two of the macro muffin mixtures into the same pot and add water amount suggested to create a batter which can be poured
Coat the pan with a low calorie spray and pour desired amount of mixture into the pan
Allow the edges to cook a little before you loosen them with a spatula, the pancake is ready to be flipped when the top is bubbling
Serve as you desire!
